I assigned ctrl+P for 'polygon split Option' (kindof like in blender). Anyway in recent update - VoidWorld-oct-26-11
it wont split selected polygons. I have to go into edge mode - split edges of polygons that I want to separate, and then use 'polygon split Option', but I didn't have to do this in previous version.

Ok Update:
It seems to be bit random, I can't recreate it everytime but:
just create new scene
- add cube
- select one face and try to separate it as eg. separate object.
Usually won't work for.

IStonia, thanks you are the man. Hopefully selling vw willl go great. But changing software name would be good. Maybe:
- polyMaster
- VertexMixer
- UberMegaModeler2000
